I was fortunate enough to deal with Olivia and it's safe to say without her I would have been lost, she helped me every step of the way and were it not for her invaluable advice on how to get through the interview I would have struggled. Having worked the same job for 14 years the idea of applying for jobs and interviews was frankly daunting.
